The Sands Regency Casino Hotel has completed their multimillion-dollar event venue being constructed on Fourth Street here in Reno.  The time has come to break in The Sand's Glow Plaza...  Roadshows Inc and Williams LTD are teaming up on August 25th - 27th for the Neon Beach Ball!  The event will feature live music, delicious food, and fun activities for the whole family.  We will be accepting retail, art & craft, and prepackaged food vendors for this three-day affair.
